I still can't believe my baby girl is 7 today! She's been counting down the days. Her dad and I split up long ago so she's had two birthday parties before today, but considering today is the actual day, my husband and I are trying to come up with something fun for her to do. I sent her off to Day Camp this morning but without all the cool parent treats. We spent over $200 already on her birthday party and her gifts, so I can't afford to be the cool parent right now. Tonight after work and camp it's dinner and a movie. 7 years old. Wow!
Call me a sentimental pack rat, but last night I pulled out her very first pair of shoes to show her this morning. She said she thought they were shoes for one of her dolls. Her father and I picked those shoes out for her while she was still in the womb. She wore them maybe twice. So now the little shoes are in her room for her to try on her dolls. =))
An update: I went to see the Neurologist last Tuesday. He ran a few in house tests, like reflexes and eyes, asked some questions and then set me up with four tests. August 11th I go in for the tests. Little one is still fine and wiggling up a storm. I've started on the heartburn/indigestion blahs. Focusing on my birthday girl lately so hopefully people will momentarily forget all the yuckiness, at least until the appointments.

Happy Birthday to your DD!
BTW, good luck again with the testing!
